Troca ou Devolução de Produtos — Latido Livre
Se o produto estiver em perfeitas condições, o comprador tem o direito de rescindir o contrato celebrado à distância dentro de 14 dias após o recebimento.
Para que esse direito seja preservado, o consumidor deve manter o produto em seu estado original. Caso o aparelho seja destruído ou danificado sem culpa do cliente, o direito de rescisão permanece. A redução de valor decorrente da abertura da embalagem ou da verificação do funcionamento não impede o consumidor de solicitar reembolso.
